Our Culture

At Strike Taekwondo, we are creating an environment that allows our students and their families to live their best lives.

We want our students to strike now. There is always hesitation or discomfort when it comes to doing something new. We encourage our students to seek that discomfort because it ultimately helps them become a better version of themselves.

Our mission at Strike Taekwondo is to instill our passion, motivation, discipline, and fitness into our students for them to strive for greatness and become the best version of themselves.


Our excellent kids program not only teaches your child to kick and punch but also valuable life skills like focus, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and many more!

This was my kids choice for an extra curricular activity. And instantly my kids felt at home with bikram. It’s super convenient and flexible to fit any schedule. Master Bikram has taught our son for the past 3 years and it has been amazing seeing the growth in our little guy. Master Bikram is patient with the kids and makes taekwondo really fun for them but also pushes them to stretch their limits and challenges them to always try their best. He also has open communication with parents and readily talks to us about our kids’ growth or even has conversations to help us understand what taekwondo really is about. I also know people who have taken his adult kickboxing class and have told me how high energy, challenging and fun the classes have been. Overall, Master Bikram has the most positivite attitude, an obvious passion for the sport and genuinely just wants to see his students succeed, and I highly recommend him and the sport of taekwondo for anyone, young or old!

Our kids program is excellent for anyone who needs to work on their confidence and self-esteem! Give us a call and we would love to work one-on-one or in a smaller group class to help your child get use to the environment and staff before tackling a group class!

Absolutely not! Taekwondo and other martial arts like such, are for self-defense. We ensure to remind all our students that what they are learning is to defend themselves and not to hurt others. The sparring aspect of Taekwondo help with self-control and discipline as it is always done in a controlled and safe environment.

Taekwondo has built its base around self-defense. It is the art of hand and foot which will teach you hand to hand combat as well as powerful and explosive kicks. Our curriculum also incorporates judo throws and boxing for those appropriate.

Martial Arts, unlike team sports, is an individual sport that allows the practitioner to work on and towards their own goals at their own pace. Additionally, the connection students make with each other as they work together towards their goals and the connection with the staff at Strike will definitely help motivate and keep the classes ENGAGING and FUN!

Martial arts, especially Taekwondo, is great to burn calories! Our classes incorporate a lot of moving, running, jumping, punching, and kicking! Our sparring classes are always great workout as they increase your heart rate to near maximal heart rate without it really feeling like it! It’s like sprinting for 2 minutes without actually sprinting!
